JK Bank Jobs Recruitment 2023;Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd. (JK Bank) invites online applications from eligible candidates for engagement of Apprentices under Apprentices Act-1961 (amended from time to time). The selected candidates will be trained in branches/offices in the respective districts at the discretion of the Bank.

The candidates must fulfill the following criteria to apply for the apprenticeship program:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. The result should be declared by or before the last date of registration.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in the local language (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) of the respective region/area. Preference shall be given to domiciles of the respective regions/areas.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years of age as on 01/01/2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit for categories like SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc. as per Government guidelines shall be applicable.
Stipend and Training
The apprentices will receive a stipend of Rs. (7500/- + 1500/-) per month for the engagement period of one (01) year. They will not be eligible for any other allowances/benefits.
The apprentices will be imparted On-the-Job Training during normal working hours, as applicable to the clerical staff.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of JK Bank (www.jkbank.com) from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY. They will have to register themselves as apprentices with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) portal (www.apprenticeshipindia.org).
Candidates will have to upload scanned copies of their documents such as educational certificates, domicile certificate, caste certificate, disability certificate, etc. along with their photograph and signature.
Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs. XYZ/- through online mode using debit card/credit card/net banking.
Selection Process in JK Bank Jobs Recruitment 2023
The selection process will consist of an online written test and an interview.
The online written test will comprise of objective type questions on general awareness, numerical ability, reasoning ability, and English language. The test will be of 100 marks and 60 minutes duration. There will be negative marking for wrong answers.
The candidates who qualify the online written test will be called for an interview at their respective districts/regions. The interview will assess the candidates’ suitability for the apprenticeship program.
The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the online written test and the interview.
